Taenia Taeniaformis
General Description: Adults up to 60cm long, lack a 'neck' and have bell-shaped proglottids.
Life Cycle: Indirect, intermediate hosts are mice and rats.
Location: Small intestine.
Significance and Effect on Host: Infections in cats generally not harmful.
Diagnostic Information: Proglottids in faeces.
